General consignment intake begins October 19, 2026. Yard Hours: Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed. Preview Information - Preview Dates: October 19 - 24, 2026. Preview Hours: Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed. Auction Closing - Lots will begin closing at 12:00 PM (Noon) on October 25, 2026 This is a timed online auction featuring staggered lot closings and a soft-close format. BUYER'S PREMIUM 8% BUYER'S PREMIUM APPLIES TO ALL PURCHASES Payment Information - Cash, Certified Check, Wire Transfer, Credit Cards and Debit Cards Accepted. A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions. Full payment is due prior to removal of any purchased items. No items will be released until payment has been received and verified. Loadout Information - Loadout: October 26 - 30, 2026 ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY October 30, 2026. A telehandler and skid steer will be available on-site to assist with loading. Buyers are responsible for providing appropriate transportation and securing their purchases within the designated loadout period.
